And peace was established

A king was going somewhere. He saw a potter who was passing by with a lot of donkeys walking in the same line. The king asked the potter how do you keep them straight??
The potter replied: Your Majesty, if a donkey breaks the line, I punish it, out of fear, they all walk in a line.
The king asked what kind of punishment do you give them?
The potter said: One of the habits of donkeys is that they need a certain weight on their back to walk straight. If it is less than this, the donkey goes astray. But some wicked donkeys leave their line despite their reasonable weight. As a punishment, I increase the weight of such a donkey, which makes it difficult for him to walk. If another donkey comes to his aid, I punish him the same way, that is why all these donkeys walk in a single line.
The king was very impressed with the potter and said, Can you establish peace in my country????
The potter gained support. After reaching the capital, the king finally made the potter the judge of the city. A case of a thief was presented before the potter. When the crime was proven, the potter ordered the thief's hands to be cut off. When the executioner heard this, he whispered in the potter's ear, "Sir, this is the minister's special man." The potter again ordered the thief's hands to be cut off. Hearing this, the minister himself came to the potter and whispered in his ear: "Sir, this is his own man. Think about it. I hear that the potter ordered the thief's hands and the minister's tongue to be cut off." With just one decision by the potter, peace began to be established in the country.
