False Witnesses a moral story

There is an Arab tradition that the people of a village were known for lying and giving false testimony. A man and a woman from this village secretly got married. The marriage was according to Sharia law. The marriage was in the presence of the judge and witnesses. After some time, there was a disagreement between the husband and wife and the husband threw his wife out of the house, and also deprived her of all Sharia rights. The woman took the case to the judge of the city and told him that her husband had thrown her out of the house. The judge said: No one knows about this marriage of yours. The woman said: Sir, our marriage was exactly according to Sharia law. The judge asked: Are there any witnesses? Yes. Qazi Sahib. There were two witnesses, this marriage was done in their presence.
The Qazi Sahib summoned the husband and the witnesses. But he flatly refused to recognize the woman and the marriage in the crowded court and said in a loud voice that we have never even seen this woman before today.  The judge looked at the woman, her husband and the witnesses intently and asked the woman. Does your husband have dogs?
The woman said, "Yes." He said, "Do you accept the testimony of the dogs and their judgment?" The judge asked the woman. "Will you accept the testimony of the dogs and their judgment?" She said, "Yes." The woman said, "Yes." I will accept their testimony and judgment." The judge ordered that the woman be taken to the man's house. If they start barking at the woman (thinking she is a stranger), then this woman is a liar. And if the dogs, considering her a member of the house, are happy and welcome her, then the woman's claim is true and the husband and the witnesses are liars. And this woman is the mistress of the house.
As soon as this order was issued, the judge and the people present in the court started looking at the husband and the witnesses, whose faces turned pale for fear of being caught lying and their bodies started trembling. The decision had been made as to who was truthful and who was a liar.  The judge said: "Flog them, for they are lying." The judge ordered the soldiers. "Arrest these liars and flog them, for they are liars." And in his observation he said: "The worst of towns are those whose dogs are more truthful than their inhabitants."
